We can also research assets to identify evidence that an individual has fraudulently transferred money from a business to themselves or family members, or to identify assets that can be pursued post-judgment.

We conducted research to identify assets that could be used to satisfy a judgment in a business contract dispute and discovered that the defendant had recently raised hundreds of thousands of dollars through Kickstarter projects under several different usernames.
We investigated the validity of a plaintiff’s claims that their business was deeply impacted by the client’s alleged negligence and instead found signs of a thriving business.
An accounting firm retained us to investigate the company offering their client a multimillion dollar loan. We found a serious lack of transparency regarding the source of funds and links to cryptocurrency escrow accounts. Years later, the lender has been sued for fraud by multiple businesses that fell for their scheme.
